The specialized medical practice place is the best learning environment pertaining to nurses, looking at nursing is actually a practice-experience structured profession. Intended for nurses, learning is an important act of acquiring continuous info to polish existing knowledge of factual and procedural skill from the specialized medical practice region. This conventional paper will evaluate my work place as my personal learning environment by SCOB analysis. As stated before, several conditions or talents contribute to my own learning in the clinical practice area. The program helped to allay my own anxiety and fear with the new work environment. It also provided me a larger image of what would be my own job and obligation in the clinical practice area. Computers with internet access had been placed in conversation room and nurses' counter. The pcs were installed with a secured hospital details system that gives much data for learning. Besides, my computer abilities were enhanced too. Furthermore, I was kept abreast and exposed to learn around the latest technology equipments utilized in practice within my ward.
Nevertheless , to gain appropriate learning support, I confronted some issues as well. Within my unit, exactely qualified teachers to the younger staffs can be not satisfied. Although, available senior staff nursing staff have deficiency of interest concerning in jr nurses training and analysis mainly because their very own heavy workload due to deficit of staff. Sometimes, it is difficult to find out bedside patient care expertise due to lack of supervision and guidance via mentor. As well, the overcrowded practice area in my product limits the high quality and volume of formal and bedside teaching by the instructor. In big groups, it is hard to visualize any kind of procedure exhibited by the coach, as my personal concentration was compromised. Furthermore, restricts ‘hands on' of the procedure as I to contend for limited learning options with other students. Wide range of patients' cared in my unit. Not directly, CNE classes helped me to get new understanding and match the mandatory CPD points' requirements for medical practice enrollment annually. Deficiency of communication as a result of inferior brilliance complexes is usually identified as any barrier to effective sociable relationship among working peers. Junior healthcare professionals often scolded and treated as scapegoats for any problems in the practice area. This, unhealthy cultural climate produce stress, embarrassment and disappointment which indirectly inhibit learning. Another hurdle encountered was lack of nurse recruitment by the organization.
